Important dates

• Early October 2023: Start of application for participation by those planning to present
• Early November 2023: Deadline for presenters to apply for participation and to pay participation fees

Venue

• The meeting will be held at the Setagaya Campus of Tokyo University of Agriculture.
  (1-1-1 Sakuragaoka, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, 156-8502)

Eligibility

Attendance

• Both JFS members and non-members may attend the meeting.
• All attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees in advance.
• The public symposium is free of charge.

Presentations

• Only JFS members may present.
• Non-members who are planning to present must pay membership. A JFS member ID will be provided as soon as payment is confirmed by the administrative office. Click here to join.

Sessions and Planning Symposia

• 5 Sessions (anyone can apply)
• 12 Planning Symposia (speakers are invited by the coordinator)
• 14 Divisions (anyone can apply)

Student Poster Awards

Student registrants who are first authors of posters may apply for Student Poster Awards at the time of registration.

Childcare support

A nursery room will be set up during the meeting.
