Registration flow on the day of the event – bring your name tag

The registration process on the day of the event

Please print your name tag (A4 size) from the application website (https://iap-jp.org/jfs/conf/menu.php) in advance and bring it with you on the day of the event. Name tags will be available for printing around the end of February. We will inform you as soon as they are ready.
※ If you forget to bring your name tag, please ask at the registration desk on the 3rd floor.

On the day of the event, please pick up a name-tag folder at the registration desk on the 3rd floor, fold your printed name tag into four pieces, and insert it into the folder. Please be sure to wear your name tag so that your name will be visible at the venue. We will ask those who are not wearing name tags to do so.

Printed copies of the program and book of abstracts will not be distributed at the registration desk (they will only be available on demand after the conference). Please bring your own printed copy of the program and the abstracts posted on the conference website, or browse the website when you attend the conference.

No cash will be accepted at the registration desk at the conference venue. If you wish to pay the registration fee on the day of the conference, please log in to the application website (https://iap-jp.org/jfs/conf/menu.php) with your own device (laptop, cell phone, etc.) and pay by credit card. However, it will take time to confirm your registration and payment and to print your name tag. Please be sure to register and pay in advance and print your name tag before coming to the venue.

Presenters who have not yet paid the annual membership fee will receive a request form for payment of the annual membership at the presentation venue. After receiving the form, please complete the necessary procedures at the secretariat booth located near the conference registration desk on the 3rd floor on the same day. Payment here is cash only. Please note that if payment of the annual membership fee is not confirmed by the end of the conference, your presentation will be withdrawn.

On-site registration is not available at the registration desk at the conference venue. Also, the registration fee cannot be paid in cash on the day of the conference. As mentioned above, the registration fee can only be paid by credit card (postal transfer is also accepted until February 22). Please be sure to register and pay the registration fee in advance on the website (https://www.forestry.jp/meeting/) and come with a printed name tag (which will be available for printing in late February).

If you arrive at the venue without registering on the website, you will be asked to register and pay by credit card on your own device (laptop, cell phone, etc.). However, as mentioned above, it will take time to confirm your registration and payment and to print your name badge. Please be sure to register and pay for your participation and print your name badge before coming to the meeting.
