| 要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi are key components of forest ecosystems, contributing critically to nutrient acquisition, stress tolerance, and carbon cycling. Russula, one of the largest ECM genera, remains poorly understood in terms of its physiological and ecological functions because most species cannot be isolated and cultivated as pure mycelial cultures. In this study, we aimed to establish an artificial cultivation system for producing pure Russula-mycorrhizal seedlings of Quercus myrsinifolia and Castanopsis sieboldii under controlled conditions to enable mechanistic investigations of Russula_host interactions and their ecological functions. |
