発表題目	Changes in the microfungal diversity on needle litter during secondary forest succession Changes in the microfungal diversity on needle litter during secondary forest succession

要旨本文	The diversity of needle litter microfungi on Pseudotsuga menziesii was investigate in secondary forests of different years after clear-cutting and compared with that of old-growth forests in British Columbia, Canada. A total of 526 microfungal isolates were obtained from 160 needles from 16 forest stands (5 to 324 years old) at five study sites, and these isolates were classified into 60 species. Mean values of species richness of microfungi were not significantly related with the stand age or were not significantly different between the five sites, whereas the species composition of microfungi differed significantly with the stand age and between the five sites. The occurrence of Trichoderma polysporum, Penicillium glabrum, and Penicillium citrinum significantly increased, whereas that of T. viride significantly decreased, with the stand age.
