| 要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) symbiosis plays a critical role in woody plant growth and forest ecosystem stability. However, the molecular mechanisms regulating ECM formation remain unclear. In this study, three genes, PtoWRKY75, PtoCAF1I, and PtoTGA1, were isolated from Populus tomentosa and functionally characterized. Bioinformatics analysis showed that PtoWRKY75 contains a WRKY domain, PtoCAF1I contains a conserved RNase D structural domain, and PtoTGA1 is classified as a bZIP transcription factor. To elucidate the functions of these three genes, we prepared overexpression and knockdown (RNAi) mutants. The results showed that all of the overexpression lines of these genes significantly promoted ECM formation in P. tomentosa inoculated with Cenococcum geophilum. PtoWRKY75, PtoCAF1I, and PtoTGA1 may regulate ECM formation by modulating H_O_ production, participating in multiple metabolic pathways, and influencing salicylic acid biosynthesis, respectively. |
