| 要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) formation is a complex trait, while its genetic basis remains poorly resolved. Here, we investigated the genetic architecture of ECM formation in Cenococcum geophilum using whole-genome resequencing data from 304 isolates, in which infection ability on Pinus densiflora and Betula platyphylla hosts was treated as two related phenotypic traits for integrated GWAS analysis. We previously reported GWAS results based on two C. geophilum genomes, Ja10 and ChCg30, at the 135th JFS annual meeting. In this study, we conducted single-reference GWAS using five independent reference genomes, revealing shared and reference-specific association signals, and further performed graph pangenome_based GWAS integrating all five genomes to provide a more comprehensive view of the genetic architecture underlying ECM formation. |
