要旨本文	This study investigated how organizational attributes and network structures shape collaboration satisfaction in 41 Southern Alps Biosphere Reserve organizations. Results revealed a hierarchical network with central administrative agencies, localized clusters of larger organizations, and pivotal roles for long-established ones. Configurational analysis identified two equivalent pathways to high satisfaction: an authority-driven administrative pathway and an experience-based pathway grounded in resources and institutional experience. Strengthening governance requires both effective coordination and capacity building for peripheral actors, including the Iida City Kisawa District Revitalization Council, the Fujimi Nyukasa Volunteer Association, and the Fujimi Rhubarb Producers' Cooperative.
