発表題目 Assessment of genetic diversity for restoration materials selection of Picea jezoensis populations in South Korea

要旨本文 Picea jezoensis (Siebold & Zucc.) Carrière which lives in subalpine zone has seen its natural habitat decline due to the recent climate change. To estimate the genetic diversity of four populations of P. jezoensis, 13 nSSR markers were analyzed. P. jezoensis populations showed a high variation of 16% between populations based on the result of AMOVA. The genetic diversity of P. jezoensis was relatively high, with the average number of alleles (A) of 8.1, the average number of effective alleles (Ae) of 4.4, the average expected heterozygosity (He) of 0.722, and the fixation index (F) of 0.041. Mt. Gyebangsan population showed relatively high genetic diversity compared to other populations. The results of this study showed that it is appropriate to select P. jezoensis restoration materials by population considering genetic diversity.
